The annual Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards recognises and celebrates wedding venues and suppliers who consistently deliver exceptional service and outstanding customer satisfaction — making it one of the most meaningful accolades within the industry.
This year's awards evening, held at the beautiful Oxford Town Hall, was nothing short of incredible. From the atmosphere to the talent in the room, it was a true celebration of the wedding industry at its very best.
I'm so proud to share that I won the Venue Décor & Styling category. A moment I'm still taking in, and one that means so much — especially knowing it's based on the experiences of the couples I've had the honour of working with.
Styling the Evening
It was also an absolute privilege to style the awards ceremony itself. From thoughtfully designed tablescapes to styled areas around the venue for guest photo opportunities, every detail was created to elevate the space while complementing the grandeur of such an iconic venue.
Seeing everything come together on the night — filled with energy, celebration, and so many familiar faces — was a real highlight.
